Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Selection and destemming. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, racking and malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel
Colour: Very vivid ruby with medium concentration.
Aroma: Vibrant and fragrant, with a fresh and highly expressive aroma featuring floral notes of violet and bergamot, spices and pine needles, harmoniously blended with a balsamic profile.
Flavour: Very elegant and youthful, with good body, good acidity and soft tannins. The finish is long and refreshingly mineral.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Lightly spiced dishes, red meat, white meat and pasta. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
