    Baías e Enseadas Red

    Grape varieties: Castelão, Pinot Noir and Tinta Roriz.
    Vinification: The whole bunch is foot trodden, followed by fermentation in 1,000 litre vats at a controlled temperature of 22-24º, and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
    Aging: Aged for six months in used barrels.
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma: Fresh and mineral.
    Flavour: Salty with balanced acidity.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red and white meats.
