Grape varieties: Arinto
Vinification: Whole bunch, with fermentation starting in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (16º - 18º) and finishing in used 225 litre French oak barrels.
Aging: Aged for eight months in barrels, with weekly battonage.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Fresh and mineral.
Flavour: Salty with balanced acidity.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish and seafood dishes.
