Argiano Solengo IGT is a Super Tuscan from Montalcino with minimal intervention. It has a bouquet characterised by aromas of wild berries and chocolate, with a slight spiciness, as well as well-integrated woody notes. An elegant, velvety but dense wine with a long finish.

    Argiano Solengo IGT 2021

    Grape varieties: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Sangiovese.
    Vinification: Fermented separately, with approximately 20 days of aging. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in cement vats.
    Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 60% new and 40% previously used.
    Colour: Ruby.
    Aroma: A rich bouquet of wild berries and chocolate, enhanced by a subtle spiciness, along with well-integrated woody notes.
    Flavour:
    Elegant and velvety yet full-bodied, with great structure and tension, as well as a long finish.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Chianina veal carpaccio, cheese fondue with crispy puff pastry, Fiorentina steak, and Parmesan cheese.
