António Madeira A Liberdade White
Grape varieties: Encruzado, Cerceal and Bical.
Vinification: Vinification and ageing without the addition of sulphites or the use of any oenological product. Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging: In stainless steel and used 600 litre barrels for 12 months, followed by a further 3 months in stainless steel.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Pure fruit and flowers, as well as fennel and gunpowder. A fresh, tense and crystalline wine, as well as powerful and saline, asking for another glass.
Flavour: Great balance and freshness, a flavoursome and long finish, as well as intense and with hints of wet granite.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰e c
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Baked fish dishes, codfish and salads.
