Tarelo Açores Branco Arinto e Verdelho
Grape varieties: Arinto do Pico and Verdelho.
Vinification: After harvesting, the temperature was lowered in a cold chamber. The must was clarified by static decanting and fermented in stainless steel vats at 15ºC for 15 days.
Aging: Maturation sur lie for 4 months, followed by 8 months ageing in stainless steel.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: An exotic profile, where Atlantic influences intersect with basalt soils. Mineral aroma, with citrus notes and some tropical hints.
Flavour: Fine and deep, as well as elegant and fresh on the palate, with a long and pleasant finish.
Serve: 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Fish, seafood, white meats, sushi and vegetarian dishes.
