Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control at 26 degrees.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Grenada.
Aroma: Aroma of good complexity, notes of black cherry and blackberries.
Flavour: Aroma of good complexity, notes of black cherry and blackberries. Structured and balanced palate, with soft tannins that give it a long-lasting finish.
Serve: 15⁰ a 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: White and red meats, pasta.
