Quinta de Santiago & Mira do Ó was born out of the friendship between Joana Santiago and Nuno Mira do Ó; the SOU wines combine the essence of the granitic soils of Monção and Melgaço with a shared passion for rock music, resulting in wines produced with minimal intervention.

SOU Alvarinho stands out for its early harvest, offering a taut, raw and highly mineral profile that expresses the true essence of the Minho terroir, with a focus on the purity of the grape variety and aromatic freshness.

Finally, SOU Tinto revives the region’s traditional grape varieties with a minimalist approach, producing an elegant wine with smooth tannins and vibrant acidity, which unfolds a unique symphony in the glass, ready to be savoured.
