Grape varieties: Castelão, Molar, Ramisco, Tinta Miúda and Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Harvested with selection in the vineyard. Destemmed grapes, with an 8-day maceration period and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Aging: 10 months in chestnut and mahogany casks.
Colour: Open.
Aroma: Plenty of wild berries and forest aromas.
Flavour: Fruity, fresh and with moderate tannins.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
Harmonisation: Light dishes from the land or the sea.
