Villa Oliveira Vinha das Pedras Altas comes from the first brand created by Casa da Passarella, which was founded over 100 years ago. The grapes are harvested by hand from a vineyard that dates back almost to the founding of the Casa, producing a wine with notes of red fruits, full-bodied and fresh, as well as very elegant, long and persistent.

    Villa Oliveira Vinha das Pedras Altas

    Grape varieties: Baga, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, Alvarelhão, Tinta Pinheira, Jaen, Tinta Carvalha, etc.
    Vinification: In cement vats with pre- and post-fermentation maceration.
    Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.
    Colour: Opaque red.
    Aroma: Red fruits.
    Flavour: Full-bodied, fresh and elegant. Long and persistent.

    Serve: 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storge (great potential).

    Harmonisation: Serra da Estrela cheese and more structured meat dishes.
