Villa Oliveira Encruzado

Villa Oliveira Encruzado Branco is made from grapes grown in a 50-year-old Encruzado vineyard, where the traditional method of vinifying whites at Casa da Passarella was revisited, leading us to discover that, in the past, whites were fermented in vats (with skin contact), just like reds.
