Vinification: The grapes were destemmed and fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, using indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Aroma with black fruit, vegetal notes, wet earth, and mineral and smoky touches.
Flavour: Rich on the palate, enveloping in texture, revealing elegance.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
