Vale da Capucha Fossil Red
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Castelão and Syrah.
Vinification: Fermentation by indigenous yeasts with whole bunches. Minimal sulphite dosage. Unfiltered.
Aging: Stainless steel.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Aromas of fresh red fruits with a subtle and elegant Atlantic influence.
Flavour: A fresh wine with good texture and a finish that reflects the minerality of the soils from which it comes.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Red and white meat, pasta.
