Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperatures, followed by ageing in French oak barrels.
Aging: French oak barrels.
Colour: Citrus colour.
Aroma: Fresh and mineral.
Flavour: Structured and complex, with pleasant notes of wood that don't overpower the fruit, as well as an intense and persistent finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish and white meat dishes.
