Tiago Cabaço Encruzado

Tiago Cabaço Encruzado is a white wine made from a grape variety typical of the Dão, but very well adapted to the characteristics of the Alentejo, specifically the terroir of Estremoz. Fresh and mineral, as well as structured and complex, with pleasant notes of wood that don't overpower the fruit, as well as an intense and persistent finish.

    Tiago Cabaço Encruzado

    Grape varieties: Encruzado.
    Vinification: Gentle pressing, fermentation at low temperatures, followed by ageing in French oak barrels.
    Aging: French oak barrels.
    Colour: Citrus colour.
    Aroma: Fresh and mineral.
    Flavour: Structured and complex, with pleasant notes of wood that don't overpower the fruit, as well as an intense and persistent finish.

    Serve: 10 to 12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Fish and white meat dishes.
