Textura Pura White

Grape varieties: Old Vines (100%):Encruzado, Bical, Fernão Pires, Dona Branca (Síria), Rabo de Ovelha, Malvasia Fina among others.
Vinification: Grapes destemmed and pressed. Static decanting of the free-run juice. Spontaneous fermentation in 500L barrels and complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging: Aged with total lees for 11 months.
Colour: Bright greenish.
Aroma: Delicate aromas of citrus fruits, cedar, pepper, and a subtle note of toasted wood. Crisp acidity and minerality, great aging potential.
Flavour:
Rich and fresh, its vibrant acidity makes your mouth water.


Serve: 10-12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.


Harmonisation: Octopus rice, spicy curry dishes and grilled seafood.
