Sottimano Barbaresco Bassarin DOCG
Grape varieties: Nebbiolo.
Vinification: Selection, followed by spontaneous fermentation. After maceration, it is transferred to wooden barrels, where malolactic fermentation is completed.
Aging: Oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Wild berries, menthol, liquorice and aniseed.
Flavour: The palate is enveloping, with vigorous and persistent tannins, notes of violets and red fruits.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: First mate or guard (2035).
Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, pasta and cheese.
