    Rocche Costamagna Dolcetto d´Alba

    Grape varieties: Dolcetto 100%.
    Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control at 27 °C, racking after about 5-6 days and malolactic fermentation completed in autumn.
    Aging: Ageing in stainless steel and further refinement in the bottle.
    Colour: Deep ruby red with purple highlights.
    Aroma: Very fruity and characterised by aromas of blackberry and marasca cherry.
    Flavour: On the palate, the fruity flavour intensifies, maintaining its freshness, along with a smooth almond sensation.


    Serve: 15 a 16 ⁰
    Consumption: Immediate (2 to 6 years).

    Harmonisation: Excellent aperitif, goes well with starters, raw and cooked fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
