    Rocche Costamagna Barolo DOCG Rocche dell’Annunziata

    Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%.
    Aging: 18 meses em barricas de carvalho eslavo de grande dimensão 25 hl – Botti.
    Colour: Ruby red with delicate garnet reflections.
    Aroma: Intense and complex aromas on the nose. Withered roses, raspberry and small red fruits under the spirit, wood and herbs. Characteristic balsamic note of eucalyptus, resin and liquorice layers.
    Flavour: Fresh, savoury, intense and elegant on the palate. Sweet tannins. Wine with a long finish and great finesse.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or guardian (15 to 20 years).

    Harmonisation: Polpette di manzo e salsiccia al sugo, meat dishes, roast duck with orange sauce.
