Damilano Barolo DOCG Cerequio

Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%.
Vinification: Fermentation at controlled temperature for 20 days.
Aging: 24 months in large oak barrels - Botti.
Colour: Garnet red with orange reflections as it ages.
Aroma: Fruity notes characterised by cherry and violet, balsamic notes, vanilla and liquorice.
Flavour: Intense, elegant and persistent, varying in tone between red fruits as well as tobacco and leather with ageing.


Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or guardian (15 to 20 years).

Harmonisation: Perfect to accompany intensely flavoured Piedmontese cuisine, such as white truffles, slow-cooked shredded pork, rib roast, as well as exquisite international dishes.
