Grape varieties: Nebbiolo.
Aging: 24 months in large oak barrels - Botti.
Colour: Intense garnet red.
Aroma: Full-bodied and expansive, with notes of wilted roses, violets, ripe fruits in jam, as well as apricots, white peach pits, dates and rose. It also has balsamic and spicy notes.
Flavour: The palate impresses with its great spicy structure, surprising with its elegance and soft tannins. It has a fresh, long and persistent finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (15 to 25 years).
Harmonisation: Capriolo ai mirtilli con alloro e rosmarino arrosto, beef Bourgignon, slow cooked shredded pork, rib roast.
