    Rocche Costamagna Barolo Docg Del Comune di La Morra

    Grape varieties: Nebbiolo 100%.
    Vinification: Maceration with the skins for about three weeks at 27 °C.
    Aging: 18 months in oak barrels.
    Colour: Ruby red.
    Aroma: Intense on the nose, with notes of violet, raspberry and wild strawberry.
    Flavour: Fresh, very flavourful, with delicate tannins on the palate. Elegant and harmonious, with great persistence and refinement.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: First mate or guard (10 to 15 years).

    Harmonisation: Polpette di manzo e salsiccia al sugo, meat dishes, roast duck with orange sauce.
