Rocche Costamagna Barbera d´Alba Superiore

Grape varieties: Barbera 100%.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control at 27 °C, racking after 10 days and fermentation.
Aging: Partially aged in oak barrels and further refined in the bottle.
Colour: Purple.
Aroma: Rich and deep on the nose, with delicate spicy aromas well integrated with surprising sensations of small, ripe red berries.
Flavour: Full and silky on the palate, with sweet tannins, the body is well structured, with a long and persistent finish, characterised by notes of chocolate and vanilla.


Serve: 16º to 17⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (5 to 12 years).

Harmonisation: Goes well with risottos, grilled meat and fish.
