Ribeiro Santo ET Red is made from a blend of two native grape varieties, Encruzado and Touriga Nacional, from vineyards near Serra da Estrela. It has a fresh mineral and floral aroma, with hints of spices and eucalyptus, and is surprisingly powerful and elegant.

    Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional e Arinto.
    Vinification: Desengace total. Maceração prolongada em inox. Fermentação alcoólica com leveduras indígenas a temperatura controlada por 20 dias. Decantação para barricas novas de carvalho francês.
    Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma: Fresh mineral and floral aroma, with a slight reduction, spices and eucalyptus. Fresh and vibrant fruit, with a very intense but mysterious and complex nose.
    Flavour: Surprisingly powerful and elegant on the palate. Young tannins and lively acidity lead to a more structured and persistent finish with hints of spice. A lively young wine with great ageing potential.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 to 15 years).


    Harmonization: Grilled or roasted meat dishes.
