Ribeiro Santo Encruzado Branco
Grape varieties: Encruzado.
Vinification: Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must, cooling and decanting at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 15ºC for 20 days. 50% of the wine finishes fermenting in new French oak barrels for 4 months.
Aging: 50% stainless steel, 50% French oak barrels.
Colour: Crystal clear with greenish nuances.
Aroma: Notes of pear and white flowers in the aroma.
Flavour: With a good volume and structure, showing the toastiness of the barrels in harmony with a vibrant acidity and citrus character.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, sushi, grilled white meats and salads.
