Ribeiro Santo Bastardo
Grape varieties: Bastardo.
Vinification: 50% with stems and 50% destemmed, fermented for 15 days between 20 and 23ºC, with little maceration. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels of various ages where malolactic fermentation took place and remained for 10 months. Unfiltered wine.
Aging: French oak barrels.
Colour: Crystal clear with greenish nuances.
Aroma: Notes of wild berries, balsamic and some tobacco.
Flavour: Delicate, acidity in harmony with elegance, revealing itself to be smooth, with a persistent finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Grilled fish, meat and cheese dishes.
