Aroma: Fine, persistent fragrance with traces of aromas reminiscent of violets and roses.
Flavour: Full and spicy. Balanced, fresh, very tannic, fragrant and exuberant, leaving a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
Harmonisation: Red meats, game, fondue with truffles, agnolotti, meat dishes from great Italian cuisine also with spicy sauces.
