    Grape varieties: Barbera 100%.
    Aging: Used French oak barrels for 1 year.
    Colour: Intense bright red.
    Aroma: Aroma of ripe plums on a base of spices (pepper) and liquorice.
    Flavour: Full flavour, structured, pleasant and elegant, with good persistence.

    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (10 years).
