Grape varieties: 60% Touriga Nacional, 35% Touriga Franca, 3% Tinta Barroca, 2% Tinta Roriz
Vinification: Crushing, thermal shock and foot treading for four hours in granite presses. Separate vinification in stainless steel with temperature control, 10% with stems.
Aging: Ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels (45% new and 55% second year).
Colour: Deep ruby.
Aroma: Florals combined with red and wild berries.
Flavour: Intense fruit flavours, showing a very fresh and complex lingering finish.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, cod and game.
