Quinta do Sobral Santar Orange Wine
Grape varieties: Encruzado (90%), Alvar, Luzidio, Sercial, Cercial- Branco, Moscatel Galego and Semillon.
Vinification: Made in the traditional manner, extracting more colour and tannins, it underwent skin maceration followed by fermentation with the skins for 5 days, finished in used French oak barrels.
Aging: 9 months of bâtonnage on fine lees.
Colour: Golden.
Aroma: Fresh, lively, with aromas of white flowers, peaches, apricots and citrus notes, as well as mineral notes.
Flavour: Perfect balance between balanced sweetness and acidity.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: White meat, cod dishes, baked fish.
