Quinta do Paral Talha Red Wine
Grape varieties: Tinta Grossa and Tinta Caiada.
Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in century-old clay jars.
Aging: He trained in contact with wine masses.
Colour: Grenada.
Aroma: Notes of ripe forest fruits with vegetal notes.
Flavour: Long and deep in flavour, it finishes with light hints of grape stalk.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: It goes perfectly with traditional oven-roasted meat or a dish of matured ribeye steak.
