Quinta do Paral Old Vines Red
Grape varieties: Aragonez (50%), Tinta Grossa (50%).
Vinification: Manual selection of whole bunches, destemming and fermentation in a press with mechanical treading at a controlled temperature of 24-28º for 15 days.
Aging: The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Complex with aromas of forest fruits combined with notes of spices.
Flavour: The elegance and balance of the velvety tannins lend complexity and freshness.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, lamb and soft cheeses.
