Quinta do Paral Grand Reserve Red
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional and Marselan.
Vinification: After hand-picking the whole bunches, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in a press with mechanical treading at a controlled temperature (24-26º) for 15 days.
Aging: Aged for 26 months in new French oak half barrels.
Colour: Ruby.
Aroma: Rich and very complex, a combination of ripe wild berries, black pepper, mild smokiness and aromatic herbs.
Flavour: Solid, well-integrated tannins in a full body, combined with acidic freshness, resulting in a very broad, powerful and elegant finish.
Serve: 16⁰ a 18⁰.
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Ideal with traditional Alentejo dishes.
