Quinta do Covão Sparkling Reserve Brut White
Grape varieties: Baga, Bical, Cercial and Maria Gomes.
Aging: 12 months in the bottle on the lees of the second fermentation.
Colour: Pale yellow.
Aroma: Very attractive aromas that include notes of citrus fruit, green apple and bread dough.
Flavour: On the palate it's a vibrant sparkling wine with plenty of energy, revealing a lovely freshness at the end.
Serve: 6⁰ a 8⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Aperitif, fish dishes and white meats.
