Quinta de San Michel Arinto Magnum 2021
Grape varieties: Arinto.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing of the bunches, followed by direct pressing. Decanting for 36 hours. Fermentation in used barrels.
Aging: 8 months in used French oak barrels and 24 months in bottle.
Colour: Slightly golden colour.
Aroma: Discreet nose. Aromas of apple, lemon, melon, mint and some toast.
Flavour: On the palate it's tense, energetic and has a vibrant acidity, well integrated with the ample volume in the mouth. It finishes with a minerality typical of the grape variety, as well as being saline and persistent.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: It goes well with octopus rice, oven-roasted lamb and hunter-style rabbit.
