Quinta das Bágeiras Pai Abel White
Grape varieties: Maria Gomes and Bical.
Aging: Old wooden barrels for approximately 12 months.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: A wine full of character and personality where the mineral notes typical of limestone soils have always predominated, combined with aromas of pine wood and resin, dried fruit and some straw.
Flavour: In the mouth it is always vibrant, nervous and with great structure and length.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, white meats, salads and pasta.
