    Grape varieties: Jaen.
    Vinification: Manual selection and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats.
    Aging: 14 months in Alier oak.
    Colour: Intense garnet.
    Aroma: The aroma is very elegant, slightly floral.
    Flavour: On the palate, it is lively, voluminous and acidic. It offers a fragrant, long and very balanced finish.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Red and white meat dishes, oven-baked or grilled.
