Grape varieties: Old Vines blend of grape varieties (Códega, Viosinho, Gouveio, Bical, Verdelho)
Aging: 10 months Old and new French oak barrels in contact with the fine lees, without battonage.
Colour: Lemon yellow.
Aroma: Citrus notes of lime and lemon, aromatic herbs and vanilla from the wood, in a profile of great freshness.
Flavour: Confirming the notes on the nose, austere, fresh with tension, with a citrus finish.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Fish dishes, salads and white meats.
