    Colour: Intense and deep.
    Aroma: Spices, red fruits, very complex.
    Flavour: Tannins that show well the variety, firm, dense, fat and robust aftertaste.

    Consumption: Immediate or storage.

    Harmonisation: Red meat and soft cheeses.
