Maquete Barro White
Grape varieties: Field blend of Diagalves, Manteúdo, Antão Vaz, Rabo de Ovelha and Roupeiro.
Vinification: Total destemming for two old vats, spontaneous fermentation and contact with the skins for 15 days with slight submersion of the cap. Vats opened on Saint Martin's Day, 11 November. Unstabilised.
Aging: Without aging.
Colour: Yellow, typical of tanning.
Aroma: Ripe stone fruit with hints of dried vegetable.
Flavour: Notes of clay and oxidation and white fruit. Notable acidity, where the volatile reaches higher levels to provide balance. Intense and prolonged.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Gastronomic, it accompanies various meat dishes, game and baked fish.
