Mãos na Massa no Arinto Pack New Barrel/Used Barrel
Grape varieties: Arinto 100%
Vinification: Grapes harvested and selected in the vineyard, pre- and post-fermentation cold maceration in stainless steel vats. At the start of fermentation, the liquid was transferred to two 600-liter barrels, one new and one used, cooled with ice bottles. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in its entirety, without fining or filtering.
Aging: Aged on total lees for 10 months, with weekly battonage during the first 6 months.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: The nose reveals the very fresh oxidative side. Citrus, apple, as well as notes of honey and candied fruit.
Flavour: A full-bodied wine, very gastronomic and with excellent volume, with notes of new oak.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: White meat dishes, baked fish and game.
