Mãos na Massa no Arinto White
Grape varieties: Arinto 100%
Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in used 450 litre French oak barrels at a controlled temperature. No fining or filtering.
Aging: 12 months in barrel with ageing on fine lees with hyper-oxidation, with weekly battonage for 6 months.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Aroma: The nose reveals the very fresh oxidative side. Citrus, apple, as well as notes of honey and candied fruit.
Flavour: A wine of breadth, very gastronomic and with great volume.
Serve: 12⁰ to 14⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: White meat dishes, baked fish and game.
