Grape varieties: 65% Arinto and 35% a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties.
Vinification: In the cellar, direct press, cold decanting, fermented 40% stainless steel, 60% barrel - bâtonnage.
Aging: 12 months in neutral barrels.
Colour: Citrus yellow colour.
Aroma: Fresh with citrus and mineral notes.
Flavour: The palate is silky with fantastic acidity, making the wine very firm.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Goes well with oven-baked white meats, roast fish and soufflés.
