Vinification: In the cellar, direct pressing of the whole bunch, fermentation at 14 degrees in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel
Colour: Bright yellow colour.
Aroma: Fresh and intense nose.
Flavour: A citrus Folgasão like we've never seen, in its purest version, where minerality and acidity are emphasised. The palate is tense with great depth.
Serve: 10 to 12⁰
Consumption: Immediate.
Harmonisation: Goes well with grilled fish, composed salads and white meat dishes.
