Legado do Zeca White Orange Wine
Grape varieties: Douro native grape varieties, with more than 30 different varieties.
Aging: French oak barrels used for 18 months.
Colour: Amber Yellow.
Aroma: Concentrated aroma of ripe white fruit and peach, with elegant notes of laurel and ginger wrapped in balsamic notes.
Flavour: In the mouth it is enveloping with a lot of texture and a marked salinity, ending with a delicate, never-ending and extremely complex finish.
Serve: 10⁰ a 14⁰
Consumption: Storage.
Harmonisation: Enormous gastronomic aptitude with a wide spectrum of harmonisation for structured dishes, or cheeses and sausages subjected to a long ageing process.
