    Vinification: Hand-picked, fermented separately with indigenous yeasts.
    Aging: In cement and oak barrels (50/50).
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma: Black fruit, subtle spices, well-integrated oak and a hint of herbs.
    Flavour: Full-bodied and flavourful, yet always fresh and composed, with a creamy texture and an elegant, mineral finish.
