Julian Reynolds Reserve
Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and rigorously selected. Fermentation takes place in large French oak vats at a controlled temperature.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Dark Ruby.
Aroma: The bouquet reveals notes of blackberry, raspberry, and violets.
Flavour: Fresh, with notes of black olive and blackberry, as well as fine, elegant tannins.
Serve: 16-18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Carnes vermelhas grelhadas, borrego no forno.
