    Grape varieties: Arinto.
    Vinification: After harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats for around 30 days at a controlled temperature.
    Aging: Fine stainless steel lees until bottling.
    Colour: Citrus color with slightly golden highlights.
    Aroma: Tropical profile marked by intense notes of pineapple, white fruits, and ripe stone fruits.
    Flavour:  It is a voluminous, round white wine with a firm, creamy texture (the result of contact with fine lees) and a very lively acidity that gives it fluidity and persistence.


    Serve: 10-12⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage.


    Harmonisation: Fatty fish and strong cheeses.
