IL Marroneto Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2021 is a classic and elegant Brunello, with a firm and structured profile, full-bodied and featuring gently maturing tannins that enhance its depth – the result of a winemaking process designed to preserve, as far as possible, the aromas of Sangiovese and the distinctive character of its terroir. Fragrant and fruity, with a firm profile, as well as a full-bodied structure and smooth tannins.

IL Marroneto Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2020

Grape varieties: Sangiovese.
Vinification: In 25 hl oak vats. After a day of resting the previously destemmed must, the first pumping over takes place for around 5 hours, followed by spontaneous fermentation for 11 to 12 days.
Aging: In 25 hl oak barrels for 42 months.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: A classic Brunello, elegant and structured, vinified to maximise the fragrances of Sangiovese and the typical characteristics of the area.
Flavour: Fragrant and fruity, with great elegance, a firm profile, a full-bodied structure and gently matured tannins that enhance its depth without losing any of its freshness.


Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage (20 years).


Harmonisation: Red meats, game, charcuterie and aged cheeses.
