Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation (around 25 days) in conical vats.
Aging: Cerca de 14 meses em barricas de carvalho francês de 228 litros e 350 litros.
Colour: Ruby open.
Aroma: Cherries complemented with a touch of redcurrant and mint.
Flavour: Delicate and balanced, ripe red fruits and great elegance. Even when young, it is complex, round and has a delicate tannic structure.
Serve: 16 to 18⁰
Consumption: Immediate or storage.
Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, and cheese.
