    Giulia Negri Barolo Marassio DOCG Magnum

    Grape varieties: Nebbiolo.
    Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation (with approximately 40 days of maceration) in 60 HL conical wooden vats.
    Aging: 30 months in 25 HL Slavonian oak barrels.
    Colour: Ruby open.
    Aroma: Red fruits, peach skin, graphite, violets and cinnamon.
    Flavour: Smooth and velvety, tart red fruit, forest floor, as well as a chewy, slightly toasty finish.


    Serve: 16 to 18⁰
    Consumption: Immediate or storage (2045).


    Harmonisation: Red meat, ossobuco, pasta and cheese.
